Non-Executive Director
Paul co-founded and chaired the Foxleigh JV metallurgic coal mine in the Bowen Basin, which sold a majority stake to Anglo Coal in 2007 for US$620m. He is the owner and Director of the award-winning Coral Sea Marina Resort in the Australian Whitsundays. Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce and has been a Director of the Wesley Medical Research Institute and Chairman of the Lifestream Foundation.
Senior Executive
Richard has broad expertise in operations, finance and business development. He has excelled across multiple roles within tourism, travel, hotel and casino management. Richard holds a Bachelor of Business (Hospitality) and is committed to balancing challenging objectives whilst maintaining a focus on quality and productivity.
Non-Executive Director
David is a Chartered Accountant and Director of Vincents' Business Advisory unit. He merged his existing accounting practice with Vincents in 2001 and served as Managing Director from 2011–2020. David holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and is a CA ANZ.

Diego serves as Chief Operating Officer at Bowerbird Technologies, bringing a background that spans startups, finance and data. A qualified accountant with a specialisation in finance and data analysis, he has a strong interest in how AI and automation can sharpen enforcement outcomes for hotel clients. Diego thrives on complex challenges, always searching for solutions that build lasting foundations rather than quick fixes, with the client's perspective at the centre of every decision.
Chief Technology Officer
Tim serves as Chief Technology Officer at Bowerbird Technologies, bringing a rare breadth of experience across retail energy, cryptography and cybersecurity, renewable energy, and medical diagnostics. That cross-industry background shapes how he leads the technical direction at Bowerbird, turning complex challenges into practical, reliable systems. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing and keeps a close eye on the fast-changing digital landscape, always on the lookout for the next tool or technique that can sharpen what the team builds.
Commercial Partnerships Manager
Anna Shalev brings over 16 years of international experience across hospitality technology, hotel distribution, revenue optimization and enterprise partnerships. Having worked closely with some of the world's leading hotel groups, she specializes in helping hospitality organizations drive commercial performance through technology, innovation and strategic collaboration.
Senior Claims Officer
Somyi Lee is part of the Takedown Team at Bowerbird Technologies, where she helps global hotel brands protect their content and online presence across OTAs. She enjoys solving complex cases, tracking down the source of unauthorised listings, and working with partners around the world to achieve successful outcomes. Based in South Korea, Somyi enjoys collaborating with an international team and is always keen to learn new ways to improve processes and deliver better results.
