Paul Darrouzet
Non-Executive Director
Paul co-founded and Chaired the Foxleigh JV metallurgic coal mine in the Bowen Basin, which sold a majority stake to Anglo Coal in 2007 for US$620m. He is the owner and Director of the award-winning Coral Sea Marina Resort in the Australian Whitsundays.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce and has been a Director of the Wesley Medical Research Institute and Chairman of the Lifestream Foundation. He enjoys boating, fishing and exploring the beautiful Whitsunday islands.
David Rose
Non-Executive Director
David is a Chartered Accountant and Director of Vincents Business Advisory unit. He merged his existing accounting practice with Vincents in 2001 and served as Managing Director from 2011-2020.
David holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), is a Chartered Accountant Australia & New Zealand (CA ANZ) and is a certified Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming. In his down time, he loves to travel with his family.

Jim Darrouzet
Jim is a senior manager with deep expertise in project managing consumer-oriented software. He has led multiple projects and teams within rapid digital diagnostic testing and software applications.
Jim holds post-graduate degrees in Master of Business Administration and Master of Finance, and manages a successful personal investment company, JHD Investments. He spends his weekends with his family and two young sons, loves to work on and ride vintage motorbikes and enjoys competing in marathons.
Richard Munro
Richard is an accomplished senior executive with broad expertise in operations, finance and business development. He has excelled across multiple roles within tourism, travel, hotel and casino management.
Richard holds a Bachelor of Business (Hospitality) and is committed to carefully balancing challenging and competing objectives whilst maintaining a focus on quality and productivity. He loves fishing and knows a lot about how to fix a boat motor, something he wishes he never had to learn!
Tim Kelly
Tim is a Senior Software Engineer with experience across multiple and diverse industries, including the retail energy sector, cryptographic and cybersecurity services, renewable energy, and medical diagnostics industries.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Science (Computing) and continues to stay abreast of the changing digital landscape. He enjoys scuba diving and is an amateur musician playing with others in his downtime.
